Service and Repair

We maintain, repair and certify control & instrumentation systems and equipment on any facility that involves process instrumentation in the region and across the world. This includes maritime vessels, FPSO's / FSO's, drilling/production rigs and land-based industrial plants and machinery.

Some of the assignments are planned well in advance, however many are instigated by an urgent phone call from our customers who require a repair team to depart immediately along with all test equipment, tools and spare parts.

Due to the urgent nature of our business we supply our customers from an extensive inventory of equipment and spare parts held in our stores in Dubai, UAE and Jurong, Singapore.

Marine Equipment and Spare Part Sales

We stock, supply and trade instrumentation, control and measurement equipment. We also act as local agents and distributors for well respected names in the process instrumentation and automation business and carry extensive stocks of equipment and spare parts from our principal’s product lines.

We stock equipment such as Rivertrace 15ppm Bilge Monitors, 4 Zone & 16 Zone Marine Approved Fire Alarm Systems, Pneumatic & Electronic Pressure Transmitters, Pneumatic and Electronic Valve Positioners, Pneumatic and Electronic Controllers, Recorders, and various general instruments such as signal converters, gauges, temperature sensors, power supplies. We are able to supply marine approved cabling, lighting, switchgear and Siemens / Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controllers from stock. We maintain a large inventory of PR Electronics signal converters, indicators and isolators in Dubai.

We are a major stockist of MMC restricted mode Ullage Oil-Water interface gauging tapes, sampling tapes and spare parts such as tapes, PCB's, Switches, Wiper Assemblies, etc and are able to offer servicing / overhaul of these gauges with very fast turn-around times, and at highly competetive prices.

FPSO / FSO / FSRU Commissioning Services

We supply technical manpower including engineers and technicians to the offshore and oil & gas industries for new start-up and commissioning services and ongoing maintenance of Drilling/Production Platforms, FPSO's, FSO's, FSU's and FSRU's.

The technical manpower are skilled in the areas of process instrumentation, electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, inspection and documentation services.

We have sucessfully provided technical manpower for numerous major conversion projects in Drydocks World - Dubai, and for other major international clients for projects carried out both in the UAE and abroad. A refernce list is available upon request.
