OCEAN AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS LLC are an Engineering, Control & Instrumentation specialist. We are involved in the design, service, sale, trading, supply, repair, maintenance and upgrade of instrumentation and process control systems.

We service a wide range of industries including the offshore, marine, power, utilities, petrochemical, storage and processing industries. We operate out of a 5,350 sqft facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai. The facility incorporates storage, workshop and office areas. We aim to provide a world-class service to our customers, supply quality products and services and maintain a disciplined and well trained multi-national workforce. We offer our products and services to clients mainly in the UAE and Middle East however we will be able to deploy our engineers anywhere in the world at short notice.

We offer the following services to our customers:-

Instruments testing and calibration / certification

Calibration and certification of portable gas detectors, MMC tapes, UTI tapes, torque wrenches, multimeters and other portable measurement / test equipment landed to our shore-based workshop.

24-hour maintenance & repair services

We have a team of electrical, instrumentation and electronics engineers ready to mobilise at short notice. We are contactable 24 hours per day via the contact numbers provided here.

Design, supply, installation & commissioning services

We carry out the design of new automation systems and retro-fitting of existing automation systems. This includes the design, preparation of CAD drawings using the latest AutoCAD software, and installation and commissioning.

Project management

We are able to provide suitable manpower for managing and executing projects based on the customers designs and equipment supply.

New equipment & spare parts sales

We are able to supply automation equipment and spare parts from stock, and from our network of suppliers around the globe.

FPSO / FSO commissioning services manpower

We provide specialist manpower services for FPSO and FSO conversions. This typically includes instrumentation, electrical and mechanical technicians, senior technicians and engineers. We are also able to provide document controllers, safety officers and other technical staff for long term and short term projects.

Land-based maintenance shutdowns

We are able to mobilise teams from our office in Dubai to carry out scheduled maintenance shutdowns on your plant/factory. This usually involves the servicing and calibration of all instrumentation and control equipment, such as transmitters, valves, valve positioners, controllers, pressure gauges, pressure switches, temperature sensors, etc.
